Regardless of who you voted for in the Presidential election, thank God you voted. 

And had the right to vote. 

Although it was remarkably historic--and I do not discount that one bit; I still get goose bumps when I listen to Barack Obama's speech--what we experienced last night in theory was the peaceful transition of power in our government. That is what I am most grateful for today.

Cue music. I'm really proud to be an American.

Me too, JoAnn. I'm proud to be an American. And the best part of being an American is being able to say, GOD bless America, and not being jailed or killed for it.
